Thank you for choosing our brand. You are now the owner of unique jewelry that was designed in our studio. Each model of Lilou jewelry is unique and registered at the patent office.
The tradition of creating jewelry combined with modern technologies and attention to every detail guarantee the high quality of Lilou products.

In the case of a purchase made in an online boutique, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with the regulations available on the Lilou.pl website.
Rules for using jewelry:
To avoid exposing jewelry to mechanical and chemical damage, it should not be exposed to detergents or water or exposed to strong cosmetics, such as perfumes. Contact of jewelry with these substances may cause damage that does not constitute grounds for accepting a complaint.
We recommend storing jewelry in specially designed soft cotton bags and padded boxes. Dirty elements, both silver, gold and gold-plated, can be cleaned with specially designed liquids and wiped with a soft cloth after rinsing.
Lilou jewelry and accessories are covered by a 24-month warranty.
Terms of warranty:
- This warranty is provided by Lilou sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (02-032) at ul. Filtrowa 50.
- Lilou guarantees that Lilou jewelry and accessories are free from physical defects. If such defects are discovered during the warranty period, the Customer has the rights specified in this warranty.
- Lilou provides a 24-month warranty for jewelry and accessories, starting from the date of issue of the purchased product to the Customer.
- The warranty is valid in the territory of the European Union, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the USA and Canada.
- The warranty covers product and material defects resulting from reasons inherent in the product sold (manufacturing defects).
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, in particular scratches, deformations, broken chains and damage resulting from improper use and natural wear and tear of the products.
- Warranty rights are not available if the Customer was aware of the defect at the time of purchase or when the product was delivered and expressly agreed to it.
- The complaint must be accompanied by any proof of purchase and a photo of the product with the defect.
- Based on the notification received, Lilou determines whether the defect is covered by the warranty and, within 14 days of receiving the notification, will inform the Customer about how the complaint will be considered.
- If a product or material defect is found, Lilou, taking into account the customer's will, will repair the product, replace the product with a defect-free one or refund the amount paid for the product to the bank account indicated by the customer within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
- Lilou may replace the product when the customer requests repair, or repair it when the customer requests its replacement, if the entitlement chosen by the customer would be impossible to fulfill or would require excessive costs for Lilou.
- The warranty for the product sold does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights arising from the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
