Withdrawal from the contract (Return)
You can withdraw from the contract of a product purchased on lilouparis.eu, within 30 days after receiving your order. Products personalized with engraving or painting are not subject to returns.
The funds will be returned in the same form in which the payment was made and in the case of a return for an order paid on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated.

FILL OUT THE WITHDRAWAL FORM OR STATEMENT OF WITHDRAWAL.
Please download and fill out the return form, located HERE, or make a statement of your desire to withdraw from the contract.
TAKE THE RETURNED PRODUCT TO THE STATIONARY BOUTIQUE
You can return the returned product to any stationary boutique in Poland. To do so, please go to the boutique with the product and proof of purchase/order number. Having a completed return form, will speed up the acceptance of the return.

PACK AND SEND THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT (DOC):
You can also send the returned product back to DOK, for this purpose, please secure the product well so that it is not damaged in transit and pack it for shipment.

Procedure for reporting a complaint
In order to report a complaint about a product purchased from Lilou:
1. REPORT THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE CONTRACT.
In order to do so, you may use the complaint notification template, located HERE.
Attaching photo documentation to the complaint notification will help to accelerate and facilitate the processing of the complaint.

By delivering the advertised product to one of the stationary boutiques or sending it back to the address: Lilou ul. Lewartowskiego 6; 00-190 Warsaw. We will ask you to attach a completed complaint notification.
2. WAIT FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPLAINT.
After receiving a complaint notification, you will be sent information about further proceedings with the complaint.
You will receive a complaint decision within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
