Special care is required due to the materials used in the manufacturing Lilou jewelry. In order to avoid Lilou jewelry being mechanically or chemically damaged you must not expose it to:
- Contact with detergents
- Strong cosmetics, like perfumes
- Contact with water
We advise you to keep your Lilou jewelry encased in the soft cotton bags and lined boxes specially designed for this purpose. Dirty silver or gold-plated elements can be cleaned using appropriate products and wiped with soft cloth after rinsing.
The string is adjustable by mean of the two sliding little knots. They allow you to choose the size of the bracelet or necklace according to your needs.
Bracelets with buckles also have a sliding knot adjustment.

The bracelet with the requested element will be sent back at the address indicated by you on the same day. You will be charged with the cost of the new element or buckle and the delivery costs.

No. Engraving is always included in the price of the particular element.
Of course, inscriptions can be made in different languages, but the number of signs that can be angraved may vary. You can provide us with a picture of a specific sign you want to engrave. We will try to replicate as best as possible.
We reserve ourselves the right to refuse engraving inscriptions which are obscene or offensive.
Engraving can be done in any of our stores or via our Online shop (in which case you will be charged with the delivery cost. You will find the shipment coordinates and account number under the TERMS OF USE).
This engraving service is free of charge and can be carried out at any moment that is convenient for You.

You can replace the string via our Online shop by sending the bracelet with a short note saying what string you want it to be.
