We start processing the order after the payment is credited to the account and it usually takes 3 to 5 business days. In the case of an order with stamping, a special engraving, and/or a photo engraving, it may take up to 7 business days.

 

Order completion time excludes shipping time, which takes:

DHL  EXPRESS –  delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (prepayment).

The total delivery time for an order consists of the time of preparation for dispatch and the delivery time. Delivery time of shipment depends on the carrier, type of shipment, correctness of recipient’s address data and does not depend on Lilou. In exceptional cases, it may exceed the time limit indicated above.
